Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
The item must be returned in new/unused condition. Returns must be unworn, clean, undamaged, and have the original tags attached. Stinky, wet, broken or otherwise unsellable items will not be refunded! All sales on clearance product are final.
Shipping and handling costs, and other additional charges are non-refundable.
The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund for shipping and processing of the return.
Los Pinos Fly Shop does not assume the responsibility for lost, stolen or mishandled shipments. Please ensure that the shipping address is a safe and secure location. We will not replace items or refund orders that are lost upon delivery.
Refunds may only be issued to the original credit card used to make the purchase.
Please note that refunds typically appear on credit card statements one full billing cycle from the refund date.
